Since the press release reporting the planned exploits of the 40 “mountain triathletes” a number of newspapers have published the story. The first to pick it up was The Reading Evening Post who covered the Rome marathon story last year. The article can be read at http://www.getreading.co.uk/news/s/

The Bournemouth Echo who helped publicise the Rome marathon has also run the story. The story features Julian of team MISFITS and Rob Lear from the 007 Heaven team. There are two unfortunate inaccuracies in the piece. Firstly, we are not just raising money for NWCRF but also Macmillan & Prospect, secondly the reporter opens the article with the phrase “Two tough triathletes”.
